1 Kg Cauliflower
250 gms Paneer
2 – 3 cloves of Garlic
7 -8 sprigs of Coriander leaves
1 large Red Pepper
250 gms Mozzarella cheese
100 gms Flour
75 gms Amul Butter
200 ml Amul Cream
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Procedure

Blanch the cauliflower florets, drain and keep it aside.
Roast red pepper over flame when done keep it aside to cool and chop.
In a large bowl crumble paneer, add chopped coriander, roasted pine nuts season with salt pepper mix well and keep it aside and stuff this paneer mixture in the florets.
To prepare the white sauce , in pan add butter, when melted add flour and sauté until there is no raw aroma, slowly add cream stir , let it simmer for 3 – 4 mins and keep it aside.
Place the stuffed florets in a baking dish, pour the prepared white sauce, top with grated mozzarella cheese, place it in the preheated oven until the cheese melts.
In a saucepan , add chopped roasted peppers add a tbsp of balsamic vinegar season with salt and pepper sauté for a 1 min, take it off the heat and puree it.
Serve cauliflower with roasted pepper sauce.
