Exercising Your Orgasm Muscles

Exercising Your Orgasm Muscles

While in your twenties, you may be full of sexual beans, prepared to jump your girl at a moment notice,
thirties will have you come to terms with a subtle (or not so subtle) drop in your sexual interest and energy.

If you are depressed with your once ever alert soldier’s growing affinity with gravity, it’s time you took it to task and put on to ‘Kegels’ – an exercise developed by Dr. Arnold Kegels to help it regain its dwindling enthusiasm for sex.

‘Kegels’ essentially serves to strengthen the PC muscle. The benefits of a strong PC muscle are many. Not only will you have stronger erections, but also pleasantly surprise yourself by lasting a lot longer in bed, and be able end the marathon by ‘shooting’ your load at a distance most porn stars would kill to match. As a bonus you will also enjoy improved urinary control and health (something most seventy year-old grandpas would kill to have.)

 PC Muscle – Medical Facts
Shaped like a hammock, the PC muscle stretches from the pubic bone to the tail bone. While its main function is to help us control our urine flow, it’s the PC muscle that enables us to feel those infinitely pleasurable contractions during orgasms. Needless to say, exercising this vital muscle group will serve you in ways, bench presses and dead lifts never can.

Locating your PC muscle will itself take some exercise. The next time you head to the washroom to relieve yourself, stop urinating mid-flow. The muscle that you unintentionally flex to stop your pee is the PC muscle. It can be little difficult to locate in the beginning, but after doing it a few times in succession you will be able to pinpoint its exact location. So drink plenty of water and irritate your colleagues with your repeated loo breaks.

Training Routine for Orgasm Muscles

With the exception of deep breathing, there isn’t another exercise that’s as simple as Kegels’. Once you have located the muscle all you now have to do is learn to contract and release it. There are few different versions of the exercise but the basic premise of contraction–hold–release, stays pretty much the same. The best part about the workout is that it can be done almost anytime – anywhere (yes, even when you’re operating heavy machinery). Don’t worry, nobody will know.

1. For erections and control, the PC Flutter requires you to flutter or rapidly contract and relax your PC muscle. This exercise will enable you to control your PC muscle and prepare it for the more advanced routines of Kegels.

It takes some practice, and can be a little discomforting to do it continuously for more than a few seconds. But persevere on because by the end of the week you should easily be able to push it up to one minute. Once you have achieved this target, we recommend doing the one minute routine four to five times a day. It shouldn’t to difficult since Kegels can be done anytime, anywhere. The Flutter will also give you total control over the muscle. By being able to flex it at will, you will be able end all premature ejaculation problems. Whenever during sex you feel you are about to unload, just flex the muscle and dam the impending flood.

2. The Flex-and-Hold takes more willpower and concentration than the Flutter, makes your PC muscle stronger. A stronger PC muscle translates into more satisfying orgasms and farther ‘shoots’. More of a 'grunt force' Kegel, you will have to flex your PC muscle and keep it contracted for full ten seconds.

Once you can no longer hold on, wait for a minute and repeat it again. Do this for four to five times a day for best results. Once you are able to keep it contracted for a full minute, congratulate yourself having built a super strong PC muscle.

 3. The Flex-Hold-Release…Repeat; the Ultimate Power Kegels is basically a combination of the two Kegels exercises mentioned above. The ‘flutter’ in this exercise needs to be about five seconds long. Doing it once a day for as long as possible in tandem with the other two, will help you achieve rock hard erections at will.

Seems like a lot of work. Are Kegels really worth the effort? Stronger erections, greater control, better orgasms…. Didn’t you read the first few lines of the article?
