- 1In a skillet, sauté chicken breasts in 2 tablespoons margarine about 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
- 2Transfer chicken to a serving platter.
- 3In same skillet, sauté onion in chicken drippings and remaining 2 tablespoons margarine for 1 minute.
- 4Add mushrooms and sauté 3 minutes.
- 5Increase heat to high, add wine and cook 4 minutes.
- 6Reduce heat to low and stir in prepared dressing and pimientos.
- 7Cook until heated through.
- 8Salt and pepper to taste.
- 9Spoon over chicken breasts.
